Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, carbon capture tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging trends via patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for experimental technologies aligned with UN Sustainable Goals
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network with academic institutions and venture capital ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
