Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry summits
- Create executive briefings on technology adoption curves and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in forecasting industry trends (2020-2025 experience required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry publications
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
