Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, bio-integrated interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG mandates and regulatory frameworks for 2026
- Establish vendor ecosystems for emerging tech adoption (quantum cloud, synthetic biology platforms)
- Develop patent portfolios around proprietary AI training methodologies and energy-efficient computing
- Present strategic briefings to global stakeholders on technology disruption scenarios
- Mentor a team of 12+ futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech products or platforms
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry impact)
- Deep expertise in regulatory tech frameworks (EU AI Act, US quantum security standards)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech ethics
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience with climate-tech integration and sustainable computing frameworks
