Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive threats/opportunities in future tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects with $5M+ annual portfolio
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on cutting-edge research initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving humanity's grand challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at TED/World Economic Forum
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Technology Strategy from Stanford or MIT required
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-tech initiatives
