Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and patent landscape assessments for 2026 tech trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision and ESG goals
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the R&D division
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Track record of launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue impact
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced certification
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
