- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, fostering collaboration between engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track adoption of new technologies
- Stay ahead of regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their practical business applications
