- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain) into core products
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech labs
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Ensure ethical and sustainable implementation of future-forward technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in futures planning
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum/blockchain initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with emerging tech standards (IEEE, ISO 20838)
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Innovation preferred
