Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and service innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting future implementation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Document and communicate future technology scenarios to stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps that drove measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating previous strategic technology initiatives or published research
