Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) to develop 5-year strategic frameworks
- Lead ideation sessions for next-generation products/services targeting 2026 market readiness
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience scaling technologies from concept to market launch
