Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI integration, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces, etc.)
- Produce risk assessments and mitigation strategies for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Oversee implementation of future-proof infrastructure and security frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or CTO/CIO roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
