- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and adaptive system design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technology products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
