Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with academic institutions for R&D collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with EU AI Act and emerging regulatory frameworks
