Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives in high-growth environments

- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
