Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and biotech integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investor consortiums
- Mentor a team of 15+ technical specialists in future-focused domains
- Manage $15M+ annual R&D budget allocation for 2026 technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing $10M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified project collaborations
