Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability and integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with pilot programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with 5+ years of future planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or innovation management a plus
