Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop prototypes for next-gen AI, blockchain, and IoT solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AR/VR) to identify competitive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into scalable product development pipelines
- Present technology forecasts and disruption scenarios to executive leadership and investors
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focused on 2030 technological horizon scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
