Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives spanning AI ethics, quantum integration, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and government stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum-resistant security
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Vanguard program
- Author white papers on future technology paradigms for peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
