Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators worldwide
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions and provide actionable insights to product development teams
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption scenarios
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $3M
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
