- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets across emerging tech verticals
- Present strategic frameworks to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Mentor a team of 12+ senior engineers and futurists
- File 5+ patents annually in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial viability
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for 2026 tech landscape
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
