Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with global innovation hubs and research institutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze technology disruption signals, providing early-warning systems for market shifts
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and open-source contributions
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies (2018-2023)
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: Generative AI, Web3, sustainable tech, neuro interfaces
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite and technical teams
