Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech integration, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with potential 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven impact in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI, or biotech
- Credible network within global R&D communities and academic institutions
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
