Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor threats to maintain innovation leadership
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI on technology investments
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strategic certification (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
