Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy framework incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify high-impact investment opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate R&D cycles
- Design governance protocols for ethical technology deployment and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-focused technology projects
