Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption and innovation incubation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state capabilities
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
