Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in Web3, quantum computing, or neuro-interface technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture frameworks (TOGAF/SAFe)
