Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for exponential technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities with $10M+ impact potential
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members for strategic decision-making
- Mentor emerging technologists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in emerging tech policy frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization successes
