Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations through 2030
- Develop integrated technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation task forces
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Author thought leadership on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
