Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnerships for strategic integration
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to implementation
- Anticipate regulatory impacts on technology deployment and compliance
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) preferred
