Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, neuromorphic AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Oversee the Innovation Lab's $5M annual R&D budget and resource allocation
- Drive adoption of ethical tech frameworks and sustainability metrics across product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-first technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a technology focus
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent experience
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and data analysis tools
