Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and business strategists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders for collaborative R&D
- Analyze emerging technological trends and market disruptions to inform strategic investment decisions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage a $15M R&D budget with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and ethical innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable technology systems
- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants and corporate partnerships
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
