Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, neuromorphic, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional labs to prototype disruptive solutions with $50M+ R&D budget
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with global sustainability goals
- Establish industry-first standards for ethical AI deployment and quantum governance
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and future-focused global forums
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent disruptive experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years at executive level (FAANG or equivalent)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in circular economy models and carbon-neutral tech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
