Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global innovation summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, Web3 protocols
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in Tech Futures Planning (TFP) or equivalent
