Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum-secure blockchain and neurotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for enterprise adoption (AR/VR, biocomputing, etc.)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including venture partners
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership publications on tech ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrated impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, FCC, NIST guidelines)
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling and scenario planning
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
