Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published futurism research
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10+ year impact cycles
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
