Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and organizational goals
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics frameworks)
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technological adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in future-casting and innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: Web3, AGI, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience building and scaling tech incubators or corporate venture arms
- Certification in emerging technology assessment (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (scenario planning, Delphi method, technology roadmapping)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technological concepts into executive-level narratives
