- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related C-suite role
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for enterprise-scale organizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
