Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Drive innovation through patent development and open-source contributions
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt organizational strategies accordingly
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, AR/VR convergence, and sustainable tech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
