- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant applications and investor pitches
- Present strategic vision at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, Davos)
- Mentor emerging talent in future technology labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Track record of scaling innovations to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Experience with federal grant writing (DARPA, NSF, DoE)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese preferred
