Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Design scalable frameworks for digital transformation across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies to regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (e.g., CFTE, CTS)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
