Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology vision aligned with 2026+ business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop implementation roadmaps for AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML or quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and competitive analysis
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $3M
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps culture
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Certified in AWS/Azure/GCP and technology architecture frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
