- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Policy
- Deep expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and AI ethics frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (e.g., CHIPS Act, NSF programs)
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent
- Prior experience in tech policy advocacy with regulatory bodies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future tech implications
