Your Mission
As our Future Technology Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing technologies that will drive our growth through 2026 and beyond. You will act as a strategic partner to the C-suite, ensuring our tech stack remains ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technology vision for the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their applicability to business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the pilot and deployment of next-gen software solutions.
- Establish architectural frameworks that ensure scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of innovation.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and ethical implementation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
