Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision and 2026 strategic roadmap for the organization.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and designers.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AGI, Neural Interfaces) and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Collaborate with product management to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee the execution of pilot projects and proof-of-concept trials.
- Manage technical debt and ensure scalable, secure system architecture.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and innovation summits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-growth startup or Fortune 500 environment.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following fields: Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Quantum Mechanics.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
