Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the long-term technical vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Pioneering R&D: Lead research and development initiatives to evaluate and integrate next-generation technologies such as Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of handling massive data throughput and complex user interactions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on technical direction.
- Vendor & Tech Partner Management: Evaluate partnerships with emerging tech companies and select tools that provide a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies before they become mainstream.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to translate abstract business concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
