Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the Year 2026, identifying emerging trends in AGI and Quantum Leap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to prototype high-impact solutions.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for next-generation hardware and software architectures.
- Establish intellectual property strategies and secure patents for breakthrough technologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, AI, or quantum information science.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading innovation in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Exceptional ability to forecast industry shifts and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation.
