- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies like AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that support rapid business growth.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous R&D and market analysis to assess the viability of emerging tech stacks.
- Change Management: Lead the organization through digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and partner with leading technology providers to secure best-in-class solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in enterprise technology leadership, with a proven track record of strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Blockchain technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and align them with business goals.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change management.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar architectural certifications are highly desirable.
