Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, IoT) and integrate them into our long-term strategic plan.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and secure technical architectures capable of handling the demands of a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
- Lead the Innovation Lab: Spearhead experimental projects and proof-of-concept initiatives that push the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business units to ensure technical vision aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring responsible innovation in all future technologies.
- Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Assess and select external technologies and partners that align with our forward-looking vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Machine Learning, and distributed systems architecture.
- Leadership Skills: Strong track record of leading diverse teams and managing complex projects from conception to execution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
