Qualifications

- Proven track record in scaling distributed systems at petabyte scale
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Strong background in sustainable technology and green computing
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech deployment
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
