Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to develop prototype systems
- Partner with government bodies and Fortune 500 companies to align tech solutions with future regulatory frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for ethical AI and autonomous system governance
- Present strategic tech frameworks to C-suite executives and international stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects in future-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years of applied research
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI/quantum systems at scale
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks, federated learning, and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Experience with international tech policy development and regulatory compliance
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in emerging technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
