Responsibilities

- Design ethical governance models for autonomous systems
- Drive R&D initiatives in biotech-digital convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industrial pioneers
- Create technology roadmaps aligned with sustainable development goals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in advanced technology architecture or equivalent innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of deploying future-focused solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism specialization
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on forward-looking technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
